Bookings
To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Your trip includes bait, fuel, and tackle for your convenience. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email detailing the departure time and location. Additionally, a reminder will be sent via SMS 72 hours before your trip to ensure you're all set.
Cancellations
In the event of bad weather or mechanical break down, we will contact you to explore rescheduling options. If you're unable to reschedule, we will happily refund your deposit. Thank you for your understanding!
If you have to cancel we ask that you do so 10 days in advance. If less then 10 days notice is given we will retain your deposit only if we are unable to fill your spot with another trip of equal value.
As a general rule of thumb, if seas are 4 feet or higher with a duration of 6 or less seconds we would normally cancel or reschedule. We never want to cancel, but safety is always our #1 concern and will error on the side of caution. We will also take into consideration your group when making the call to cancel or not. If there are younger kids in your group we may suggest rescheduling.
Alcohol,
Smoking & Firearms
Welcome aboard! To ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience, we do not allow hard alcohol, but beer is permitted in moderation. Smoking is allowed on a case-by-case basis, as long as it does not interfere with others' enjoyment. Please note that firearms are strictly prohibited on board, with no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding!
Gratuity
Tips are an important part of our deckhands' compensation, typically from 15-20% of the total trip price. Our dedicated deckhands work tirelessly before, during, and after your trip to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your generosity directly reflects their hard work and commitment to providing top-notch service. Thank you for supporting our team!
Everything Else
It's important to note that most anglers need a fishing license, unless you meet certain exemptions from Texas Parks and Wildlife. If you don’t require a license, don’t forget to get an Oversize Drum tag if you plan to keep Red Drum. We are dedicated to complying with all state and federal regulations to promote a sustainable fishing experience for all. Remember to bring any food and drink you may want on your trip. We have coolers built in to each vessel for these items, but feel free to bring a cooler of your own. Please limit the number and size of coolers in your group to help save space.
